Darrold came out to do our county 3 year pump out and inspection. He was on time and completed it without damaging the lawn as others have in the past. We have been using him for this for the last 3 inspections. It is great to see that he is training a young woman to keep trained people to continue the business.

Great service!!! Husband was out of town and I had the plumbing backing up. Called and he came out quickly and fixed the plugged inlet.

FAQ

How often should septic tanks be pumped?
Generally, septic tanks should be pumped every 3-5 years. However, it can vary based on usage and household size. County Inspections are required every 3 years.
If I flush a lot of wipes, feminine products, or other non‑septic‑safe items, do I need my tank pumped?
Most likely, yes. Flushing wipes, feminine products, paper towels, and similar items can cause backups, clogs, and faster tank buildup, which usually means a full pump is needed to protect your system.
What if I don’t think I need my tank pumped?
No problem at all. If you're unsure, we are more than happy to start with an inspection only. An inspection is often the most affordable option and can save you money if pumping isn’t necessary. After we take a look, you can choose to schedule pumping with us or we can connect you with another trusted local contractor.
Can you perform camera inspections to diagnose problems?
Absolutely! Our camera inspections are ideal for locating clogs and assessing necessary repairs accurately.
Are you able to conduct county maintenance inspections?
Yes, as certified professionals, we facilitate county-required septic system inspections.
